Welcome to the IACTS National Database. To join the same, you need to take the following permissions:
i. From institutional head; and
ii. From institutional ethics committee, with a waiver of patient consent.
For your convenience, we have created certain documents that you can use for making presentations for above permissions. Please customise these documents to the institution and its policies. Once the MOU is signed, one copy may be retained at your end and a copy sent to us for our official records. The Database Manager shall then assist the locally appointed functionary and train them on the Redcap platform on which the database is built.
Just for your information, we now have a dedicated full time Database Manager based in Mumbai office. He shall be available to assist the locally appointed functionary and train them on the Redcap platform on which the database is built or to address any queries. Annexure 3 – Agreement of collaboration (to be signed by the authorized signatory of the institution after the above two clearances)
